Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistan mobile number, choose a password and enter your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or older. An OTP will be sent to your number to verify it. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit immediately. The whole process takes under three minutes.

Yes. Bij baji is strictly for adults — the minimum age is 18. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth during registration, and age verification is also carried out before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed immediately and any balance is withheld.

No. Bij baji operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may result in both accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option rather than creating a new account.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" next to the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to it. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you are back in. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact bij baji support with your identity details.

Mobile number verification happens automatically during registration via OTP. Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be prompted to submit a copy of your CNIC or other valid identity document through the account verification section. Accounts that complete verification have no withdrawal restrictions on approved amounts.
Deposits & Payments

Bij baji supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards for deposits. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees. The cashier inside your account shows all available options with current processing times next to each one.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically appear in your bij baji balance within a few minutes. Raast transfers and bank transfers can take between a few minutes and a few hours depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are usually instant. If a deposit has not appeared after two hours, check the cashier's transaction history — if it shows "pending," give it a bit more time; if there is no record at all, contact support with your transfer reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts vary slightly by payment method and are displayed in the bij baji cashier next to each option. Generally the minimums are kept low so that players can top up with small amounts when needed. There is no upper limit on deposits, though very large transactions may require additional verification steps.

Bij baji does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may charge their own transaction fee depending on their pricing. JazzCash and Easypaisa sometimes apply a small service charge for certain transaction types — check your wallet app for the current fee structure. Bij baji receives the net amount you send.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Make sure your account is verified (KYC complete) before requesting a withdrawal. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals until identity documents have been reviewed and approved.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals can take one to three business days depending on your bank. Bij baji processes withdrawal requests promptly on its end — any additional delay is usually on the receiving institution's side. You will receive a confirmation notification once the transfer has been sent from bij baji.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include: account verification not yet completed, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, a mismatch between your registered name and the receiving account name, or a withdrawal request submitted outside normal processing hours. Check your account notifications for any pending verification steps. If everything looks correct and the withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact bij baji support with your transaction reference number.

Yes, both apply. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier for each payment method. Limits can vary based on your account level and verification status. Fully verified accounts generally have higher withdrawal limits. If you need to withdraw an amount above the standard limit, contact support to discuss your options.

Cricket bets are settled based on the official result of the match or the specific market you bet on. For match-winner markets, the settlement is straightforward once the result is confirmed. For markets like top scorer, over runs or method of dismissal, settlement follows after the relevant event concludes. If a match is abandoned or reduced by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bij baji follows standard industry rules for affected markets — these are detailed in the terms and conditions.

Yes. Bij baji offers live in-play betting on PSL matches and other cricket fixtures. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You can bet on the next wicket, run rate, ball-by-ball outcomes and more depending on the market availability for that specific fixture. Live markets open shortly after the match starts and close at key moments such as the end of an over.

The most common reasons are: the deposit did not meet the minimum qualifying amount, a required promo code was not entered during the deposit, the offer had expired, or the account already has or had a previous bonus of the same type. If you believe the bonus should have been credited and none of the above applies, contact support within 48 hours of the qualifying deposit with your transaction reference.
